Carmen Reynolds, Lieutenant Colonel, Air Force Retired (1998), has co-authored a very in-depth article revealing the recently passed CLEAR Act (US House) makes Executive Orders and Administrative reports which precede it (Section 106) effective, thus making The United States a member of the Law of the Sea Treaty, putting our oceans, coastal areas and Great Lakes under UN auspices.
