In January 2019 Patrick Morales was elected Co-Chair of the Arizona Democratic Party Progressive Caucus.
Patrick Morales has been closely associated with Communist Party USA for many years.
He has written for the Communist Party USA website.
He is also close to Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema, herself a long-time Communist Party USA supporter.
He even worked for her first Congressional campaign in 2012.
