(Aug. 25, 2010) — On July 27, 2010, former Army Capt. Neil Turner addressed the Carlsbad, CA City Council during the “Public Comment” period, at which time he spoke about the question of Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as President of the United States and the lack of vetting prior to the 2008 election.
On August 24, 2010, Capt. Turner addressed his city council for the second time. His remarks are as follows:
Honorable Mayor, Honorable Council-members, my name is Neil Turner, founder of Citizens for the Constitution, and I am a 75-year citizen of the United States.
On 27 July, 2010, I informed this Council of major voter fraud and citizen disenfranchisement that occurred in the 2008 elections, at all City of Carlsbad polling stations, and of the high crime of treason that was occurring here in the City of Carlsbad and the Nation, due to the aforementioned voter fraud not being addressed by our public servants, our elected representatives – from City Council members all the way up through the State and Federal levels. Since the State and Federal levels have refused to respond to repeated peaceful and lawful petitioning to address these issues on the merits of the charges, that leaves it up to you, Council members, as our first, and apparently last, line of defense, to enforce our Constitutional rights.
Since before the 2008 elections citizens, servicemen and women, legal experts, journalists and even political party members have been clamoring for and using ever means available to obtain a few reasonable facts. They simply want to know the birthplace, background, school records and history of the man who has claimed the highest office in our land, that of President.
America is a country which operates under the rule of law as established by our Constitution. There are specific requirements which are stated for eligibility to become President. These requirements would necessitate certain personal revelations by anyone who would seek this office. The present occupant of this office has not only refused to supply these basic documents; he has obfuscated, used his official powers and even hired a legal team to challenge all requests for discovery and prevent any court filing from proceeding to actual hearings.
It is the belief of many citizens that we are entitled to access to these public documents, yet they are kept as top secret documents immune from Freedom of Information requests. Disingenuous gestures have been made via Internet postings of ancillary, unofficial documents, all of which were declared to be conclusive proof, yet any informed person knows differently.
Any citizen who has questioned the veracity of these “proofs” has been ridiculed, marginalized and symbolically run out of town on a rail, tarred and feathered.
I ask the simple question: if there is nothing to hide, if Mr Obama is eligible to hold the office of President of the United States why are the documents being withheld?
I don’t intend to hold my breath for the answer, but the silence is an answer in itself.
