Real Imperialism vs. America: Global Parliamentary Assembly Proposal Ready for G20 Submission

Reported in the Examiner:

CEUNPA meeting in the Senate of Argentina

While Libya wants the UN General Assembly to become a world parliament as stated recently by Musa Kousa, the head of the Libyan UN delegation, Andreas Bummel Secretary-General of the Campaign for the Establishment of a UN Parliamentary Assembly (CEUNPA) suggests that a parliamentary chamber should be created as an addition to the existing UN bodies. Bummel states, “The new global social contract needs to have two pillars: the individual citizens and the nation-states.”

When I asked Bummel to explain further about the social contract having two pillars, he stated, “It is a philosophical concept that builds on the original idea of a social contract developed by Jean- Jacques Rousseau. Two of the main proponents are Jürgen Habermas and Otfried Höffe. The bottom line is that in a globalized world, the people – that is, all people of the world – need to re-establish their sovereignty over the affairs that affect them on a global scale. However, the concept takes into account that nation-states are the main pillar of governance and identity, and need to be preserved as well. Thus, the philosophical concept combines these two dimensions in a balanced way. Individuals can be directly represented in a parliament, a world parliament in this case, and nation-states in a state-chamber. Together they can form a bicameral (based on two chambers) global legislative.”

Some Quotes from our Founders from Freedom Daily:

Eights years after the Constitution was ratified, George Washington gave sage advice in his farewell address:

The great rule of conduct for us, in regard to foreign nations, is in extending our external relations to have with them as little political connection as possible….

Europe has a set of primary interests which to us have none, or a very remote relation. Hence she must be engaged in frequent controversies, the causes of which are essentially foreign to our concerns….

And John Jay warned in Federalist No.4

[The] safety of the people of America against dangers from foreign force, depends not only on their forbearing to give just causes of war to other nations, but also on their placing and continuing themselves in such a situation as not to invite hostility or insult; for it need not be observed, that there are pretended as well as just causes of war.

America is a country based upon a Constitution it is the best government ever conceived by man.  If there are politicians so evil and greedy for power that they would sign on to a global agreement which would effectively negate our government.. they MUST be denied that opportunity. The Marxofascist designs upon our freedom must be thwarted.
