Republican Candidates and Ticking Time

In spite of the Progressive propaganda machine’s furious spin, Jerome Corsi’s book, Where’s the Birth Certificate? has quickly made the bestseller lists: #6 on the “NY Times” list, #1 on Amazon’s, and I suspect it is just getting started. Spin that pin-heads. Link

Spin it they will—like party DJs on crank. Nonetheless, “we the people” have learned to largely ignore the lame stream media, and get our news from more reliable sources. The quality of those other sources varies greatly, of course—like tuning in a radio that occasionally picks up bands of static. Speaking of radios—because of the almost total monopoly the Progressives have over the media, I sometimes feel like a resistance fighter in an old WW II movie, crouched over a primitive wireless in some dusty attic (“Come in London, over—what am I doing? They’re in worse shape than we are”). Link

(Sidebar: That is not to make light of the real WW II resistance fighters who fought the Nazis, such as Noor Khan (see link). She was a heroine of the first order—a martyr for freedom. I had darshan with her brother, ex-Royal Navy officer Vilayat, in 1975. Vilayat’s ship, a mine-sweeper, was sunk during the D-Day landings, and Pir Vilayat was one of the few crewmen rescued. Dr David R. Hawkins, another enlightened soul who served as an officer on a mine-sweeper during WW II [US Navy], is scheduled to give his last full-day talk this coming September.) Link Link Link

Karl Marx' tomb, in greater London

The good news—that a number of former über-liberals have awakened to the fact that there is a better, alternative world-view to the Marxian/Fascist one that they were indoctrinated in—is due in no small part to an increasingly vibrant ANS (Alternate News Source) and incisive, succinct articles like Sarah Hoyt’s “The Marxian Worm.”  Alas, nothing short of a nuclear colonic will awaken the more indoctrinated of them. Link Link

Unfortunately, when confronted with indisputable proof that their ideology is warped, bloodstained, ego-centric trash, most sheeple suffer extreme cognitive dissonance (“But…I thought we were the good guys”). Their dear lil’ pea-brains can’t wrap themselves around the concept, and start to implode, explode, and otherwise experience startling shifts—until subsiding back into the familiar comfy confines of arrogance, delusion, and denial (“Ahh…that’s better”). Link Link

Be that as it may, recent reports that Texas governor Rick Perry may run for President got me thinking. Perry strikes me as bringing a much needed fire and panache to the table, along with a solid patriotic conservative streak, and a proven track record. Link

George Adamo in an article endorsing Perry writes, “The next president must have clarity of understanding, as well as the necessary spine to pursue a drastic course correction if he is to address the critical issues facing the nation.” Indeed. If America and freedom are to survive, the next president (be it he or she) must be prepared to move forward with swift alacrity. Link Link

The Progressive necrophiles with their “death cult” leitmotifs of abortion, population reduction, and biocentric misanthropy, are very close to snapping shut the jaws of their trap. The eradication of America’s middle class, and their Nietzschean plans for a global ruling elite are nearly done-deals. So someone with strong character, and a firm grip on the reins will be needed as the next POTUS. Is Perry the one? Link Link

Personally, I like Perry, but that is not to say that I endorse him—not yet. He has some “baggage” to explain, most notably his support for the (now cancelled) Trans-Texas Corridor. Maybe he can clear that matter up quickly and easily—maybe not. Link

Unfortunately, all of the conservative candidates that I like so far, carry some sort of baggage with them. Sarah Palin, Herman Cain, Michelle Bachmann, Ron Paul, Chris Christie…. All of them have baggage to a greater or lesser degree. I’m not asking for perfection, but you can perhaps forgive me for being gun-shy around politicians these days. I do not actively dislike any of the candidates (or possible candidates) that I have mentioned—but my jury is still out on all of them. Link

Rep. Allen West (Rep-FL) is the only one I’ve seen so far that seems to have a clean slate—but he lacks name recognition and political experience. His lack of experience in the “Beltway Bubble,” however, may be one of his strong points. The less infected by the miasma of The Swamp, the better. In any event, it may be of some importance that we get good conservative candidates lined up fairly quickly. Link

The thing is, I do not know that we have until November 6, 2012 to work things out. Although the lame stream media continues with its “nothing to see here folks” myopia, and appears to be totally oblivious to there being anything amiss, the general attitude of “we the people” across America paints a much different picture. Link

The number of folks who are aware that “we the people” have been, and are being, royally screwed by a corrupt collusion of big banks, Wall Street, and big government, is growing by leaps and bounds. The treasonous behavior of many of our elected officials is no longer a secret, nor is the fact that the Washington DC elite consider themselves to be our betters. That they lie to us is a given. Many have awakened to the fact that America’s middle class—while publicly lauded—is privately disdained by the political/academic/media elites, and being eradicated poste haste via such methods as Agenda 21, crony capitalism, and over-regulation. Link

Many have awakened to the very real, dangerous, and looming threat that the Islamist jihad (both blatant and stealth) poses to America’s survival, and are also aware that the current administration seems deaf, dumb, and blind to the danger—in fact seems hell-bent on putting America into ever greater jeopardy. Link Link

Many have awakened to the fact that our armed forces are being utilized in ways that are not necessarily in America’s best interest—that may in fact be harmful to our military and America. Link

Many have awakened to the deplorable state of our secular (i.e. Godless) society, and the mess that our churches are in—and what foul perversions are passing for churches these days. Link Link

Many have awakened to the fact that Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS is questionable, perhaps even nonexistent, and that there has been a vast cover-up involving both political parties, the media, the courts, and more. Link

Many have awakened to the fact that America stands at the cliff edge, and that if we fall, then the world will, in Churchill’s words, “sink into the abyss of a new Dark Age, made more sinister, and perhaps more protracted, by the lights of perverted science.” Link

So I don’t know that “we the people” will wait until November 2012 before making some moves. I suspect things could boil over at any time. I am not trying to foment trouble, I’m just saying…. When Dr. Corsi’s book gathers some steam, and more folks have had their eyes cleansed, and their ears unplugged, we may end up needing a new POTUS sooner than you might think.

Laus Deo.
