It is about time for men of God to stand up and speak out of God’s Word, to rebuke and instruct their flocks about the dangers of using the methods of men to rule and reign in government, while driving the precepts and principles of God out of our culture.
Unless our culture, our lives and our government rest securely upon the foundation of the Old and New Testaments, upon the very instructions of our Creator and the government of man and nations found therein… we are prime to be victims of unscrupulous and godless barbarians. Thank you Dr. Stanley for your obedience and your courage.

Turning the Tide on the United States Government
“For even when we were with you, we used to give you this order: if anyone is not willing to work, then he is not to eat, either.” II Thesalonians 3:10
I think that is fantastic that Dr. Stanley preached about this. But it seems to me that the people who need to hear these messages the most are the people who aren’t going to church. Sure there will be some in every congregation who have lost sight of what the founding fathers believed in, but for the most part I would say it is those outside of church walls who need to be preached to.
