Friday’s White House meeting with the presidents of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador came as the administration considered creating a pilot program giving refugee status to young people from Honduras. White House officials said the plan would involve screening youths in their home countries to determine whether they qualify for refugee status. The program would be limited and would start in Honduras but could be expanded to include other Central American countries.
Notice my emphasis above. They are going to use this in multiple countries and this was a planned strategy all along. Obama is planning to bring in up to five million illegal aliens, forever changing the voting demographic, erasing our borders and ending immigration enforcement as we know it. His hubris is breathtaking in scope. The meeting yesterday with Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador had nothing to do with slowing down the number of aliens coming here… it had everything to do with the promise of wealth redistribution and collectively aligning with communists to the south of us.
The RINOs in DC are saying they are pushing action on the border by sending National Guard troops to the border, increasing the number of U.S. immigration judges and changing a law so that migrant youths arriving by the tens of thousands could be sent home more quickly — all for less than a billion. How about zilch, you Progressive morons? Louie Gohmert is once again absolutely right on the issue. How about following the laws on the books already and deporting ALL of their sorry asses? The use of National Guard troops is a state to state issue and would be unnecessary if a fence were really built and the Border Patrol were allowed to do their jobs. And you want to add more judges? Seriously? More judges that will either be liberal shills for the Obama agenda or bought and paid for tools for crony capitalists? The answer to America’s ills will never be more lawyers and judges — that is the ultimate ‘less is more’ scenario.
As our esteemed leaders get ready to jet off to a five week ill-earned hiatus, Obama will be putting the finishing touches on a major immigration move. Buckle up, because here it comes. Using his poison pen, Obama is about to ink an executive order that ‘nullifies’ our immigration laws. With the Constitution in ashes and an impotent Congress, Obama is sashaying into the sunset playing the role of pied piper to millions who comprise a barbarian force that is storming our borders and invading our country with nary a shot fired. It is a brilliant tactic to destroy the home of the brave and once free. Obama is prepared to provide millions of illegal immigrants living in the U.S. work authorization via executive orders, plunging America into third world status awash in so-called refugees:
When President Obama issues executive orders on immigration in coming weeks, pro-reform activists are expecting something dramatic: temporary relief from deportation and work authorization for perhaps several million undocumented immigrants. If the activists are right, the sweeping move would upend a contentious policy fight and carry broad political consequences.
The activists met privately with the President and his aides June 30 at the White House, and say in that meeting Obama suggested he will act before the November midterm elections. They hope his decision will offer relief to a significant percentage of the estimated 11.7 million undocumented immigrants in the U.S. “He seems resolute that he’s going to go big and go soon,” says Frank Sharry, executive director of the pro-reform group America’s Voice.
According to Jeff Sessions, that “temporary relief from deportation” would be a de facto ending of immigration enforcement:
It has now been extensively reported that these executive actions will likely expand his Deferred Action program (DACA) to apply to an additional 5–6 million adult illegal immigrants. The existing DACA program has been widely misunderstood. The executive action did not, as The Hill writes today, only result in ‘deferred deportations for young undocumented immigrants.’ Illegal immigrants in the interior of the U.S. have already, as a practical matter, been immune from enforcement under this Administration. DACA applies to individuals up to 30 years of age and provides actual amnesty papers, photo ID, and work permits to illegal immigrants—who can then take any job in America.
The President’s planned executive orders would expand this permitting program to another 5–6 million illegal immigrants. This would effectively end immigration enforcement in America.
Sessions is calling for Americans to melt the phone lines to stop this travesty:
Sessions wants Americans to melt Congress’ phone lines, demanding their members make a precondition of any border crisis bill that Obama’s executive order amnesty via the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and any future plans be stopped.
“The American people have begged and pleaded for years for our laws to be enforced,” Sessions said in his statement. “We have people in our own country living in violence, fear and poverty every single day. They have demanded an immigration policy that puts their jobs, wages and communities first. Every citizen should pick up the phone and ask of their congressional representative: where do you stand?”
Sessions said that it would be wrong for any member of the House or Senate to support any border crisis bill that doesn’t end DACA and block the president from expanding it.
“No Member—House or Senate, Democrat of Republican—should support any bill with respect to the border crisis that does not include language explicitly prohibiting the Administration from taking such action,” Sessions said. “Congress must foreclose any possibility of these unlawful executive actions before congressional funding is granted. This is an essential precondition.”
Obama’s La Raza connected goons are giddy over the prospect:
His intended actions should send a shudder down America’s spine:
The most aggressive option in this category would be expanding deferred action to anyone who could have gained legal status under the bipartisan bill that passed the Senate in June 2013. According to a Congressional Budget Office analysis, the Senate bill would have covered up to 8 million undocumented immigrants. It is unlikely that Obama goes that far. But even more modest steps could provide relief to a population numbering in the seven figures. “You can get to big numbers very quickly,” says Marshall Fitz, director of immigration policy at the Center for American Progress, a progressive think tank.
One plausible option would be to expand DACA to include some family members of those already eligible. Says a Congressional aide: “While there are several options to provide temporary deportation relief, we expect an expansion of the DACA program to other groups of individuals to be the most clear opportunity.”
It’s hard to pin down how many people this would cover; it would depend on how the administration crafts the order. But the numbers are substantial. According to the CBO, there are an estimated 4.7 million undocumented parents with a minor child living in the U.S., and 3.8 million whose children are citizens. Around 1.5 million undocumented immigrants are married to a U.S. citizen or lawful resident, but have been unable to gain legal status themselves.
Obama could also decide to grant protections for specific employment categories, such as the 1 million or so undocumented immigrants working in the agricultural sector, or to ease the visa restrictions hindering the recruitment of high-skilled foreign workers to Silicon Valley. Either move would please centrist and conservative business lobbies, who have joined with the left to press for comprehensive reform, and might help temper the blowback.
The second bucket of changes Obama is considering are more modest enforcement reforms. Jeh Johnson, Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security, is deep into a review of the administration’s enforcement practices, and it is likely Obama will order some changes to immigration enforcement priorities. But if these tweaks are the extent of the changes, it would be a blow to activists expecting more. “That’s crumbs off the table compared to the meal we’d be expecting,” says Sharry.
The Center for American Progress (a Marxist think tank), sayeth thus:
“There are two ways this could go,” says Fitz of the Center for American Progress. Obama will be remembered as either “the deporter-in-chief, or the great emancipator. Those are the two potential legacies.”
Actually, no… he will be remembered as the destroyer of the Republic, as he is neither deporting illegal aliens, nor emancipating anyone. He is selling whole cultures into mass slavery and is fully aware he is doing so.
While wantonly ignoring our laws, Obama’s foot soldiers are outwardly poking the American badger. Realizing that eventually Obama’s lawlessness will force impeachment, we are hearing references to it everywhere these days. From Obama joking with an audience of illegal aliens and Progressive sycophants: “You’re not going to get me impeached, are you?” (hah, hah — it is to laugh) To his adviser saying the following:
Washington — President Obama will go ahead with a “very significant” executive action on immigration after the summer – a move that may well trigger impeachment proceedings against him, senior Obama adviser Dan Pfeiffer told reporters at a Monitor breakfast Friday.
“The president acting on immigration reform will certainly up the likelihood that [Republicans] would contemplate impeachment at some point,” said Mr. Pfeiffer, who has been at the Obama White House since its inception.
A lot of people in Washington laughed off Sarah Palin’s call to impeach the president for executive overreach, Pfeiffer said, but “I would not discount that possibility.” Polling shows strong support for the idea among the GOP base, he said, adding that House Speaker John Boehner (R) of Ohio has opened the door to the possibility with his lawsuit against Obama.
Obviously, the impeachment meme is being utilized to raise money and temperatures for the Progressive cause. For his High Crimes and Misdemeanors, now too numerous to elaborate on, Obama damned well should be impeached. At the very least, it might slow him down. The man should be removed from office and should inhabit a teeny tiny cell for the rest of his days, as should all of his cohorts. Fully one-third, and probably way more than that, want Obama impeached now. I say give America what she wants and show that this lawlessness will not go utterly unanswered. No one is above the law here.
I am sick and tired of wishy-washy corrupt RINOs who lack the fortitude to do the constitutional thing, the right thing and impeach this asshat. There are a few that seem to have a spine and sense of ethics though:
Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL) told colleagues that the House should pass legislation with new steps to secure the border, and tell Obama if he didn’t implement it, they would impeach him.
“He either enforces the laws on the books—as he was hired and elected to do—or he leaves Congress no option. This is not our choice, this is the President’s choice and I would advise him to uphold the law on the books,” Yoho said in a written statement after the meeting.
He actually got hissed at by other Republicans if you can believe it. I’m all for suing the Obama Administration, but impeach the bastard while you are at it. Unless of course you cherish the very real possibility of UN troops on our soil and a North American Union. We are part of the UN and do I need to remind everyone what UN military personnel can be called upon to do:
- Monitor a disputed border
- Monitor and observe peace processes in post-conflict areas
- Provide security across a conflict zone
- Protect civilians
- Assist in-country military personnel with training and support
- Assist ex-combatants in implementing the peace agreements they may have signed
Sarah Palin and Allen West are correct, it is way past time to impeach Obama:
Citing Obama’s “dereliction of duty” in enforcing the country’s immigration laws and securing the border, Palin said, “if that’s not impeachable, then nothing is. And if he’s not impeachable, no one is.”
“It takes guts to hold them accountable,” she said. “It takes political will.”
Palin told Republicans to “don’t be afraid to raise” the impeachment issue because Obama is making “himself a ruler and not a president.” Palin said America had a revolution because “we don’t do kings.”
She observed that “these days you hear a lot of politicians denouncing Barack Obama,” saying he’s a lawless and imperial president who ignores court orders, changes laws by executive fiat, and refuses to enforce laws that he just doesn’t like. Palin asked the politicians who are complaining, “what are ya gonna do about it?
“Let’s call their bluff,” Palin said. “I’m calling their bluff because we need a little less talk and a lot more action.”
Hmm … “we don’t do kings” … While a cogent observation in its own right, it reminds me of a story of another king. Given, there is artistic license in the “quote” that follows, the spirit of it is exactly what our dear ruler has in mind; from Braveheart, this line from Longshanks:
… “The trouble with Scotland… is that it’s full of Scots!” [proposes plan to “reinstitute … prima noctes” … that “our nobles shall have sexual rights to [any common girl] on the night of her wedding. If we can’t get them out, we’ll breed them out.”
In Obama’s variation, to “breed them out” would take too long, so he solves it by importing children of the “right breeding” to supplant our legitimate population with what the Department of Fish & Game’s ecologists would call an “invasive species.”
Also, keep in mind that, to Obama, these are not children, not people: these are diminutive munitions. Clear your mind for a moment. In any discussion of arms, a shield is a form of weaponry — defensive, yes — but weaponry. What, then do you call an instrument of offense and invasion — a breaching weapon — meant to bring down the walls? That’s not a shield, but it is a weapon. Obama has promoted children from “human shields” (as used by, say, Hamas) to a new order of munitions: the human breaching ram. It’s pretty much the ultimate in dehumanization. He cares not what becomes of them, but he knows anyone with a conscience does, and he has crafted a diabolical gambit: if we embrace these children, we are destroyed in the collapse of our systems; if we reject them, we are “exposed” as heartless monsters.
To employ children in this role of breaching weapons is monstrous, and the monster-in-chief is plainly a sociopath of the first order, a “man” for whom humanity is just a word.
Obama is entering his end game to do away with immigration enforcement here in the US. What will America do to stop this Marxist? Impeach and prosecute. And that goes for everyone around him as well.
