Sen. Feinstein You Lie! Infantry Grade Firearms are Mandated for Citizen Militias

What part of “Militia… Arms…” do they pretend not to understand?

See the liar lying and getting away with it.

Senator Feinstein says she is not a 6th grader and she comes from a different place than Sen. Cruz, who would honor his Oath of Office to the Constitution. She claims “weapons of war” are not to be included in our Second Amendment protections. Yet, Senator Cruz did not ask her why then does the 2nd Amendment read, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed?”

What is a militia if not a body of warriors who are to be fully capable as free and locally organized infantrymen?

Who are these people trying to kid? Clearly, the right to keep and bear the firearms of infantrymen is protected by the Second Amendment, and militias of our free people were to be locally regulated, typically by means of the duly elected sheriff. (These are not the National Guards as they are now designed.)

The founding fathers specifically framed the Second Amendment for the Sovereign People to be ready, willing, and able to overthrow the violent (i.e. rights violating) usurpations of our powers that these very neo-Marxists of the Democratic Party seek. It is purposed to maintain as the Declaration of Independence mandates, not only the “right” but the “duty” of the People to throw off despotism, when government consistently violates instead of guards our Unalienable Rights.

The founders laid it out clearly that we must have this power, either as a deterrence, or sadly as a remedy.

This must be honestly and honorably sounded out, however the politicos and their lawyers and judges may dissemble. Our founders, such as George Mason, George Washington, Samuel Adams, Patrick Henry, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson, made it thoroughly clear.

More here later.

  1. And don’t forget to mention that Federalist #29 EXPLICITLY states that “This will not only lessen the call for military establishments, but if circumstances should at any time oblige the government to form an army of any magnitude that army can never be formidable to the liberties of the people while there is a large body of citizens, little, if at all, inferior to them in discipline and the use of arms, who stand ready to defend their own rights and those of their fellow-citizens.” While the Federalist Papers are not part of the Constitution, they were written by the same the same people that wrote the Constitution and the explain the reasoning behind the document.

    • I wish there was a like button for your post, Dennis. Very well said. And it bears remembering, to those who are unaware, that the Federalist Papers were essentially the rough draft and notes from whence the Constitution was penned. Our rights are absolute and We The People need to remind these politicians who is in charge.

  2. Bad enough we already know that Feinstein is set on disarming the entire populace. Hell, she literally said so back in 1989, as I recall. But now we have this twit, Durbin, who thinks that our Constitutional Rights are not absolute…that they have leeway in deciding how our Rights will be delivered unto us? These people need to be voted out of office post haste. Better yet, they all need their pay cut…all the way down to minimum wage. I want to see any one of them survive on minimum wage for a year. And no access to the money they have in the bank either. I want to see any one of them live like a normal, middle class American does, without all the perks and privileges they enjoy at our cost.
Still, Feinstein and her ilk need to go now…

  3. The Constitution does not leave the control of arms up to a Senator’s “opinion”. Dianne Feinstein should be aware of this much. “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State”…it’s not about the “individual right” to own a gun. This Amendment states a Constitutionally duty that if you want a “free state”, something is “necessary” for it’s “security”….”A well regulated militia”. How do we know the meaning of “militia”? Not through contemporary politicians, but through statutory history of theses structures that date back to the early 1600’s. We can see exactly what these structures were by reviewing the legal statutes. These structures were, state governmental institutions with full legal authority. And so it becomes clear that if the people need to maintain the “security of a free state”, the power to maintain that security against tyrants, domestic and foreign, rests with those who are armed, organized and trained (i.e. “well regulated” in terms of each state’s militia statute, which specifies the regulations depending on geography, population, and so forth) in these institutions that were comprised of who? The people themselves. “We the people” penned the Constitution and “We” wanted to be sure that the “blessings of liberty to ourselves an our posterity” (preamble) were “secure” by leaving them in the hands of the people themselves through these constitutionally mandated entities called “the Militia of the several States”. Americans are in the process of waking up and see the need to revitalize these institutions as they have become well aware that they do not have the “security of a free State”. http://bit.ly/Yj0uBc
