Rep. Allen West said he’s heard that almost half of all the Democrats in Congress are secretly part of the Communist Party. West told almost 100 Floridians in Palm City on Tuesday that “he’s heard” as many as 80 Democrats in Congress are members of the Communist Party.
Gulag Note:
See “Updated: American Socialist Voter’s 2009 List of Marxists in Congress,” aptly dated October 31, 2010 for further information on the facts and rumors involved.
Allen West versus the Communists:
Except all of these video clips are very carefully edited to cut out the next thing West said. Here is the quote in full, with the omitted part presented in boldface:
It’s a good question. I believe there’s about 78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party who are members of the Communist Party. It’s called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
No **** sherlock.
Allen West signed off on NDAA and the release of the Pigford Funds.
I think maybe he is one of them.

The Socialist Party of America announced in their October 2009 newsletter that 70 Congressional democrats currently belong to their caucus and they list them all.
Read the scribd doc and see for yourself but really, isn’t it obvious? Allen West called them out on it but anyone can see they’re not capitalists because its evident by the way they vote and from what they say. They’re NOT free market advocates. They see the Constitution as an obstruction to go around, to bypass, not something to uphold and protect. They don’t believe in private property rights and they work incessantly for wealth redistribution, taxing the evil rich because of some ridiculous notion of “fairness”. Really, who’s definition of fairness – definitely NOT the Founding Fathers! Fairness and “social justice” are code words, social contract garbage which is Marxist at it’s root.
Allen West called them Communists when they belong to the Socialists Party of America, which in reality is Communist/Marxist because of their underlying principles. Listen to what is said and what they do. They can’t deny their voting record nor what they said on the House and Senate floor.
