    Dear Judge,

    You are the only one articulating the dangers of the actions of this government. Please tell us how we may utilize the legal “No Confidence” vote as a political tool in the popular vote at elections to effect unprecedented change in the present system How may we ensure that NOTAs will be counted? How may we the people use them as a legal means to effect real changes in our current corrupt system? Thank you.
