The bill seeks to generate more of a governing and disciplinary influence over that runaway executive body, the Environmental Protection Agency.

Also, though this Bounder does not appreciate the Transnational Tycoon influence and corporatocratic effects of FreedomWorks (see Kelleigh Nelson’s “Tea Parties” articles in Gulag Bound, for instance) he is happy to an extent that they have been on the case.
