Rep. Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX), the Congresswoman who was caught giving Congressional Black Caucus scholarships to her family members, appeared on FOX News’ “Your World w/ Neil Cavuto” this afternoon to talk about President Obama’s speech on the debt.
Rep. Johnson says “we have to innovate and create jobs.” Cavuto reminds her that “we are broke” and asks several times where we would get the money for innovating.Johnson finally gives in and says if we restructure the tax code and do away with the current tax rates for the rich we will have money to invest.
